I think my brain has actually fried itself into some crazy state of awakeness. I have had about 9 hours of sleep in the last 4 days. Which sounds like an extreme exaggeration.. but it isn’t. Since the night we went to Saskatoon I have had tiny amounts of sleep. What is happening??
I am finally crashing right now, & hopefully I will actually sleep. Then I will wake up & work out for the first time in awhile.
I got skinny before I went to Colby’s, ate a ton of bad food while I was there, & now it’s time for health again.
